Shipping Policy — PL Custom Creations

All orders are made to order and generally delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This includes production time (2–7 business days) plus shipping time (4–10 business days).

Shipping Address Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can assist with reshipping once the additional shipping cost is covered.

Custom Orders Each garment is made specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations once an order has entered production.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
